Today, my dad and I went to the U.P.S. store. He got very impatient, and yelled "Fed Ex is way faster than this!" The guy at the counter, turned to us, in all serious-ness, and replied "Excuse me sir! We don't use the F word in here." MLIA.
ups doesnt care about Fed Ex... they work there for money. Most UPS employees actually hate the company... upper management and CEO's may care, but not supervisers, drivers, etc.
