Ok well have you ever looked up lyrics for a song that's not very popular or the artist is very unknown? Well it pisses me the f*ck off to no end. It's going to be lyrics instad of news. But instead of just lyrics, it'll be lyrical definition. Even though it will have a blog, and a forum. It's still going to be underrated and up and coming artists though. The users will be able to highlight and define what they think the lyrics mean. Then people will have the opportunity to upvote or downvote that definition. It's going to have a point system regarding the votes. When you get to a certain number over karma points, you'll get a new badge. With each badge you also get a 'gift'. Some gifts will be small, but the more points you get, the more interesting they get. Like someone that gets 500 points will get a UAS t shirt. Someone that gets 1000 will get a UAS hoodie. Not only would it be interactive but it would be incentive that the site will remain active with people trying to one-up each other. I'll still do a radio show and I'll still have a blog with news and updates about the up and coming artists. There's also going to be contests for the people who accumulate the most points in a month, they'll get something relating to music; signed album, headphones, iPod, stuff like that. For each individual week there's going to be a leader board which shows who has the most points for the week, that individual will get additional points.

So, speech team regionals were today. I didn't make it into sectionals. The top four people in each event go, and after final round, I was sizing up the competition and sizing up me, and I figured I was in fifth, so I was like, "Okay, I'm not going to sectionals, but hey, fifth place is better than sixth, or just Finalist. At least I'll get a ribbon, and then I won't have to face how badly I screwed up in final round when I have a ribbon to distract me."
