Today I told my husband I am pregnant. His response? We should talk to the baby for the first 3 years of it's life in a British accent, just so it can adapt it and be the cool kid at school. I knew I picked the right guy. MLIA
British accent eh? A mix of all the accents of the United Kingdom combimed? That's quite a trick. No doubt your child will indeed be popular.
So when people say they have an "American" accent they mean they speak with all of the variations at one time? Everyone knows what is meant by "British"
